A technical delegation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, headed by the Director of the Arab Affairs Department, Dr. Muhammad Al-Ahmad, met with Mr. Ibrahim Assaf, Director of Political and Consular Affairs at the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, at the ministry's headquarters in Beirut.

Ways to enhance bilateral cooperation between Syria and Lebanon in various fields were discussed during the meeting, as the Lebanese side affirmed its commitment to supporting Syria's sovereignty and territorial integrity, reflecting the deep ties between the two countries.
