Foreign Minister and Expatriates Minister Asaad Hassan Al-Shaibani met with Ibrahim Kalin, the head of Turkish intelligence, on the sidelines of the 51st session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Member States of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation held in Istanbul.
