Syrian Arab Republic in Havana Activates its new mechanism regarding Entry Visa Applications to Syrian Arab Republic Territories For Foreigners and Syrians who are Carrying Foreign passports without attending personally to the embassy Building in Havana.
the new Mechanism Based on handling with applications through emails, with mentioning that rest of procedures will be completed directly in the boarders centers.

Required Documents:
1- valid Passport for at least six months.
2- Visa Application form.
3- Personal Photo.
4- an attached letter contain a hint of the person, reason of the visit, and an email account for receiving response.
What to do:
1- go to the http://www.mofa.gov.sy/ar/pages1010/%D9%85%D9%86%D8%AD-%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B3%D9%85%D8%A7%D8%AA
And download the visa application form on your computer.
2- open the file and fill it by following the instructions.
3- print out the application and put your photo and signature in the specified place .
4- Scan your passport, application, and the attached letter, then send them to embsiria@gmail.com
5- Response will be sent back to the e-mail you provided in your attached letter.
6- Rest of procedures concerning obtaining fees and granting visa will be achieved directly in the boarder center mentioned already in your application.
Important Notes:
1- fees are subject to The principle of reciprocity.
2- Clearness and accuracy of information applied in your application will have an affective role to quick response.
3- attaching additional document such as CV, an invitation letter, or any other document will be useful.
4- all documents must be Scanned on scanner and send as PDF Files.
